GoLibero Limited respects your privacy. This page explains how to request the deletion of personal information connected to our website, software services and authorised business messaging integrations.
How to request deletion
Send your request to hello@golibero.com with the subject Personal data deletion request. Please tell us which GoLibero service or connected business your request concerns, what information you would like deleted and how we can contact you. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
How we handle your request
We will review your request, confirm your identity or authority where necessary, and identify information held in systems under our control. We aim to respond within one month in accordance with applicable UK data protection law. If an extension is permitted or a legal retention requirement applies, we will explain this.
Information held by other businesses
Where GoLibero supplies an integration for another business, that business may control the customer records and conversation history in its own CRM or support system. We may need to coordinate with the business concerned so your request can be handled by the appropriate data controller. We cannot delete copies independently held by other participants or by Meta.
Disconnect a Meta or WhatsApp integration
An authorised business administrator can revoke an integration's permissions through the relevant Meta Business settings or ask us to assist by using the email address above. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorised access once effective; it does not necessarily erase historical records in the business's own systems. You do not need to delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account to request deletion from GoLibero.
